Anarchy Beryls (ベリアルアナーキー Beriaru Anākī) are Chaos Emeralds of the parallel world of Anti-Mobius (a.k.a. Moebius), of which there are also seven.
In the Sonic Forces webcomic Sonic Forces: Rise of Infinite, the Anarchy Beryl was mention by Cubot as a name for the Phantom Ruby. Anarchy Beryl in the Japanese translation of the comic is written as アナーキーベリル, so that maybe is the official translation in Japanese text. However, the reason why the name Anarchy Beryl was mentioned at that time was not for fan service, but simply because the author, Ian Flynn, had forgotten about the existence of Anarchy Beryl.
